Experience

I am an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist that works both online and face-to-face with client. I provide a unique counselling experience for all my clients. Using an integrative approach to each person, I am able to provide a truly bespoke service, targeted to each person's specific needs.

I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology with more than 15 years experience. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP No. 175527) as well as Accredited member of the National Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (NACP No NCS20-02219). I have worked in various settings including the NHS, higher education, and private practice.

Raised in America and living in England since 2006, I bring a unique therapeutic approach from multi-cultural perspective and experience while also offering targeted support to American expats and others adjusting to the culture and expectations of living in another country.

I am LGBTQ+ and offer a bespoke counselling service perspective to those seeking a queer and/or American therapist. I am kink positive & aware. I also am experienced with relationship dynamics such as ethical non-monogamous (open), polyamorous, triads, etc.

I view myself as a guide on the journey with you, and I am there to help you put the pieces of the puzzle together. I create a personal solution for each person and create a safe space to explore and discuss topics in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. I work with all gender, sexual and relationship diversities.

Hello, I just thought I'd share a little bit about myself. Inspired by my late husband, I created Space 2 Talk London Ltd with plans, like him, to do things differently and "pay it forward" by providing support not just to clients, but to mental health and wellbeing practitioners as well. This allows them to devote have time to provide services to people, as well as cultivating and nurturing a community of like-minded health & wellbeing professionals. Our vision is to create awareness, as well as access to services. 
 
Our ethos is grounded in the principle of "Paying it forward". As an example, I have created a "subsidary fund" that anyone can pay into, allowing any Space 2 Talk London practitioners to request financial support for a client so that, instead of turning someone away, we can provide some assistance to enable them to gain access to services. 

My Fees:

Individual therapy sessions (in-person or remote) are £95 per session.

Relationship therapy sessions (preferably in-person) are £125 per session.

I do offer in house/office appointments, as well as "Walk and Talk" sessions (weather permitting). Please contact me directly regarding times and fees.

Private health insurance accepted
